FWIW, I just got the gasket from OKP (see here) but have not yet attempted to install it. Worth noting is that the sunroof seal is more of a dust seal than a water seal. So, if there's a moisture problem, replacing the seal won't fix it (I'll be changing mine for cosmetic reasons).

My old one is hard and brittle and pulling away from the trailing edge of the roof. Main concern is wind noise but during the last monster rain storm I did get a little water intrusion....
