Yes, there's a single bulb. IIRC it's on the hinge side in the upper center...right above the flap that hides the jack. It only works when the parking lights are on, though, which makes it particularly non-useful.

Unfortunately, the steering box has cracked and looks unrepairable.
I can get a replacement European LHD box, but the box that I have is different in that it has a Universal joint on the link between box and wheels.

My 94 Spider S4 developed a new problem. Ever since I pulled the dash pod to replace some dead bulbs the Tac starting jumping on acceleration. Idling no problem very steady. What would be the cause of this sudden problem?

Does anyone know of a source for the rubber ring in the VVT solenoid mount? The solenoid's female thread seems to be pressed into this and it is deteriorated and seems to be a source of a small oil leak while the engine is running.
