Looking at the parts diagram for the 1600 Spider (Duetto) there are quite a few rods, levers, bellcranks for the clutch pedal assembly. the final attachment to the cable is 105.00.44.041.01 described as "LEVER, bellcrank". This connects a shaft to the clevis on the cable adjuster.

Not sure what it looks like but it's used to attach pedal shaft to cable adjuster as shown.
Anyone know about this part?

Yes that is the part. Any bolt or fastener required is also needed.
I see it listed as a bellcrank but don’t see the typical pivot ball as in carb bellcranks…new to me

Do not have except on this already project committed unit from 1965. See housing part number and see how lever looks, complete with rubber silent block. I have another good condition unit but that particular lever is missing, so if you find 2 let me know.

I have purchased 2 so have an extra if you want . I'm going to have mine powder coated jet black and can throw extra in if you want no extra charge. Also have extra new bushing. Here's pic.
