Thought I'd find a quick answer searching for those terms, but nothing popped up. Yesterday while parked with the engine running, I pulled the cassette converter out by the wire by accident and it dropped onto the console. the engine soon sputtered and died and I couldn't restart it. I jumped to the conclusion that it was out of gas as I was parked on a slight incline with about 1/8 tank.
I soon figured out that the kill switch was knocked enough to the off position that it cut out and my son had a good laugh at my expense. Why do these cars have a kill switch anyway?
