ITM has gone through several changes since I was their VP - Ops back in the 80's. However, back then they had shifted from their original roots as Repco, which was once a first-line manufacturer in Australia to being an importer from all over the world. In their latter role, the parts inside could be from anywhere, and vary from time to time based upon who had what price and availability. The packaging was often in an ITM box, and sometimes not, but in neither case was the stuff inside a true "ITM" product. The initials "ITM" stood for the company that bought out Repco in the US, along with BAP/Geon and CEW. They were an investment company from Europe. The details of them would make a long and sordid story.

Anyway, a reference on their rings now might not apply to what they have next year or last. In general, the product was fine, but if your goal is to obtain the same manufacturer's stuff with certainty, you'll need to buy from that manufacturer under their brand. We live in a global world these days.
