I found this under the front seat. It's double sided and it's probably obvious but does anyone know what it is please?

I dont think that this is a piece of any Alfa part...
Maybe the trigger of a fire extinguisher?

I thought similar but it looked like real 1960s brittle plastic. I just thought this minute! I can Google the patent number. Thanks Johnny 105.
