I'm at extension 4.

For sales (and most other) calls, it's always most efficient to go through the main menu as it immediately places the caller in line for the first available person (and it is only about 15 seconds long). Trying to dial a direct extension usually goes to individual voicemail and puts the caller at the back of the queue. For example, if I'm on a call and someone dials my extension I will not be able to answer it - I will only be able to see a voicemail if one is recorded. For those who don't want to wait the extra moments to call in through the main line, emailing us directly with a call request is acceptable and one of us will call at the first available opportunity.
