I am here in the uk and i have read a lot of posts reffering to ls versus Q. Here the LS is the super and the Q is the cloverleaf. I have a super which according to the book has 210bhp. According to some posts if i were to change the shiney chrome pipes(which i understand are intakes) and the pipes only i would gain 20bhp more.
is this correct and if so where can i get some

Daz, the runners are the only difference to the two engines and yes they will add 20hp.

Yes, by the looks of it, probably a 45 minute job and you should barely get your hands dirty!
Only if all six intake tube 12 bolts come out easily with proper allen wrench adapters after you remove intake plenum and rubber couplings reusable and you have new gaskets for all of intake tubes, etc., etc....
