Hello everyone! I am working on converting a track day Milano (purchased right here, thank-you very much!) into a dedicated racer and have a single white with black wire coming from the instrument cluster which is now hanging down and not connected to anything...Can any one identify this wire and what it is used for? I cannot find it in my manual. I have included a picture of the attachment location on the cluster and one or two others for your interest.

Ok, I was just going to say "Yes" but there is a 10 character minimum so looking at the diagram we can see that pin 7 of the 8 pin connector connects to a black wire. Black wires on 75s/Milanos are ground 99.99% of the time so we can assume that side of the bulbs is ground therefore the other side is a positive voltage somewhere between ground and battery positive as determined by the rheostat.

So therefore the full battery voltage applied to the black/white wire will give full brightness bulbs.

I wish I could have just said "Yes".
