Really? Where? Last time I looked, repair kits kost about USD 40 and complete, new brake master cylinders were about EUR 150 (but now they seem to be closer to EUR 300).

Here's a link to a clutch master cylinder kit and here's a brake master kit.

Alfastop in the UK also does kits:

Look under 2600 - brakes and clutch.

I ended up buying all the brake and clutch parts from them.

I had all the brake/clutch cylinders re-sleeved by Sierra Specialties (in California) , and I would recommend them (send the whole brake M/C - they will inspect the inner piston too):

brakecylinder.com and Sierra Specialty Automotive.

Best,

John

I should have been more specific. The CLUTCH master cylinder can be had for around $40. I forget the fellow's name, but he advertises on Ebay fairly frequently. The particular clutch master cylinder on our cars is not all that rare, and according to him Girling did some smart consolidation a while back.

I'll dig around for info, but it might take a few days. I'd just set up a search function on Ebay for clutch master cylinders. He doesn't seem to advertise all the time, but pops up from time to time.
