Has anybody done this? I have recently given thought to bringing a 155TS or V6 into the US but I don't know how it would work! What kinds of things would need to be done to the car and who would I have to talk to to get everything squared away and legal for it to be brought over and driven?

To say least, its quite difficult. But also possible.

Here's how you do it:

Some of their shops that do conversions also do the DOT work as well, and they are listed as approved shops.

More than likely what you will find is that it will be way more expensive than it is worth to do it. The older the car is, the easier... I think an ES30 would be quite possible.
