Importing a car from Greece (to Canada)
Does anyone have any experience on importing a vehicle from Greece (to Canada)?. I'm going to be there this summer and thought it might be a good opportunity if I could find the right Alfa.
I'm dealing with some inheritance/property issues in Greece and learning just what a nightmare the Greek bureaucracy can be. I imagine exporting a car will be a similar nightmare. Has anyone out there done this before and can share their experience that would be great.
If I can get the car to Canada, the importation of 15+ year old vehicles is fairly straightforward.
