This was found on the right side of the engine compartment during cleaning for non starting issue. I cant find it listed as part of the ignition or fuel system. It had a 20 amp blade fuse melted inside. It appears to have also melted the connection. It looks like it receives power from the junction next to it then passes along to the two relays in the image. Is there supposed to be a fuse on that line? What do those relays control?

The fuse is for the air conditioning.
The pair of relays are for the auxillary electric fan located in front of the radiator that comes as part of that add on.

One relay turns the fan on when the AC is turned on, the other turns the fan on when the sensor located on the right side of the radiator fan shroud senses too much heat is occuring.

The AC relay will turn the fan off with the key while the sensor relay will allow the fan to run until the sensor deactivates even after the engine is shut off and you walk away.
