I don't believe they exist separate from the new reproduction caps, but you might try Christian Ondrak in Germany @ OK parts & Engineering.

Same situation I have run into. I would suggest that if you have good caps, you might see if any BB members have bad ones with good centers. You need to exchange photos however, as there are at least two style centers out there with separate attachment methods. The best caps were later ones made of stainless steel. New ones though not inexpensive, are a fair price for current reproduction quality. Sorry I cannot be of more help.
