Hello - I'm a noob here. Just got my 1973 Berlina a few months back and I'm starting to fix a few items. First is rebuilding the front suspension, I'm working on the sway bar end links now. I understand they are a press fit for the bar and a nut holds them on for the spring plate. How do I figure out the angle for the drop links when the sway bar is off the car? Does it need to be on the car to figure it out? Sitting on the tires so the suspension is loaded or up on a lift?

Yeah, I wouldn't do that til the car is on its feet so you can eyeball it. And the vertical links have a tilt to them when you look from one angle. They tilt back, that is, when viewed head on should be straight up but when viewed from the side of the car they tilt backwards as the go up, if that makes sense.

Finally got around to installing the drop links, I think I have them correct - yes/no?

Looks right if, viewed from the front they are vertical, and from the side, lean back slightly.
