I'll go first
1. My bought new 1991 164B had over 230k miles put on it by me when I sold it.
2. BB1 my 91 164L w/AT and S engine had 180k on it when we got it in 2009. It is now setting at 230k so we added 50k in 10 years.
3. BB2 my 164S had 142k on it when we got ot on 2011. Put it on the road in 2012 after full rehab. Now has 155K so we only added 13k in less than 8 years.

There have been many more that stayed for a short while.

Daughter's 164B that was wrecked some years ago got some pretty major mileage by her but those records are lost to me now.

1. My 1st Alfa was a 1991 black pristine 164S bought in 1993 with 19,000 miles. I totalled it at 167,000...black ice:(
2. Was a red 1991 164S. I bought it with a blown motor, rebuilt the motor, front and rear suspension. I've put about 55,000 on it.
3. Was a 1991 164B. I paid $840 drove it home. I put a clutch and exhaust on it. It was my beater daily driver for about 3 years. It was totalled by a hit and run. I probably put 10,000 on it
4. A black 1991 164S. Paid $1,000 and drove it home with no 2nd gear. Replaced the dog gear. It went to Canada where my son used it for a year or 2. He moved and I bought it back. We've put 20,000 on it.
5. A black 1991 164L I got in Seattle for free from a guy who got it as a parts car. It's mostly still intact. I haven't looked at it to see what would be involved in it resurrection. I towed it from Seattle home ...100 miles. Does that count?

Uhh.... about 200 miles until I realized the brakes were getting worse and worse (as in non functional).

Hope to be a lot more soon.

200K+/- on mine before it was sold. But only 10K miles on rebuilt engine and parts. So only chassis really has that on it. ;) Lucky guy who got it.

If I recall the two 164s I purchased:

'91S over 150K
'94 LS over 200K

They run a long time when well cared for.

Bought mine in 2013 with just about 146,000 miles and now just coming up on 176,000. Definitely want to hit 200,000.

I bought my 1994 LS in 2004 and it had 35,000 miles on it and was not running. Got it running by 2005 and it is now up to almost 130,000 miles so 95,000 miles in 14 years. So I put around 6,800 miles per year on it. I hope to keep it for a few more years but I must admit I am starting to admire the Giulia more and more. However I have not driven one yet.

Cheers.

My 1992 164-S was brand new when I bought it. It currently has about 132,000 miles on the clock. Just the other day, a neighbor looking at the 164, asked if I had bought a new car?

I guess the answer is yes, back in 1992! It is the only vehicle that I ever bought brand new.

164S - parts car

Recently bought a 1991 164QV (that's an "S" for you 'Mericans!) as a donor. It has 377k kms -234k miles.

Still looks okay at a distance:

But not up close!

White. Yes, we got the same three colours here in NZ - though I've never seen a black one in the flesh.

My white 92 is almost exactly the same as this but has the grey bits painted white. (I really liked it back in the early 2000s when I did it but am now wondering whether to go back to grey/original.)

Cheers
