I got it all disconnected and ready to rebuild but I don't see a cir-clip on the end. Do I have to separate the spring and connecting arm off the body and it is actually inside?
I'd suggest that you send that cylinder to White Post Restorations; have it bored, brass sleeved, rebuilt and never have to worry about it again. The cast iron will eventually develop rust and pits that eat away the rubber seals. Brake Cylinder Solutions
