Even ran across my own next door neiighbor while we were in Santa Clara, CA (38 years plus) on this site.

.. refreshing, fun, useful, and sometimes frustrating.

Seriously, I came here because some NWARCers were talking about it. I had been actively reading the alfa digest for several years and must have ignored the "spam" sent out to recruit new members, as well as disregarding the digest discust/discussion about it. I found the bb to be easy to navigate with its organization by models and topics. I still read the digest and contribute when I have something to say.
I first joined the bb with a nom de plume because I wanted to remain stealth. Gave that up a long time ago!!
Great site, and thank you ALL for your efforts to make it so.
