I have made up several sets for Alfa and Ferrari using these wires, they have the wire wound carbon core like the ferrari's use and I have had very good luck with them.

I made a set from MSD wires 8 cylinder kit, for my four cylinder 2.3 Ford turbocoupe a long time ago. I had a rough time, but made it work.

Any decent set of American V8 wires (the assemble yourself kind) from one of the auto parts stores works. You get two sets in one box and they come with all the right boots. My Berlina has a set that are like 8-9 years old made like that and they work awesome. Also cheap...

I run a set of Taylor plug wires on the datsun. They work great.I'd do a set for the Alfa if I could get the 180 degree ends for the dizzy. I could only find ones with a 90 degree end.

I have an unused box of Accel wires with the 180 degree (straight) ends. They seem to make several different kits. This one kit has straights ends on both the motor and distributor side.
