If that's your wheel pictured above the caps will be about 58 mm or 2.26" Dia. Can you post a close up picture of the cap and check that all 3 you have are same and say what the arrow fill is, smooth or pebbled.

Yes, that's one of my wheels pictured above. I just did a non-scientific measurement and you're right. They are about 2.25 inches in diameter on the inner edge of the lip around the caps. The arrow background is smooth, not pebbled, which is the way I would want the fourth cap to be (matching). Can you help me with this? Please send me an email or PM with the details if affirmative. BTW, I can't get a closeup picture of my caps until Saturday, probably. I hope we'll be well on the way to getting a fourth cap my way by then. Thanks!!!
