Does anyone have a heater fan switch diagram that would be applicable to a 78? Or just a list of what colors go to what posts?

This is where the two-speed plus off switch is located on the lower right of the console below the shifter.

The wiring diagram I have doesn't seem to mesh with the way the wires were hooked to the old switch, and I'm having trouble making the new switch work (old one was cracked/soldered/dying).

The 78 diagram shows seven wires on the switch.

One yellow - terminal #1
Two yellow/black stripe - term #4
Two red - term #6
Two black - term #8

Thus raising the mystery of why my heater switch has a GREEN going to it....Gotta love POs.

But that gives me a good starting point.Thanks much
