Does anyone know whether the screws fastening the headrest mechanism knobs to the seats are finished off with washers or just with screws directly on the plastic piece? It's for a 2000 GTV.

Joseph, i.m.o. the tiny screws are directly screwed on the plastic piece (to the metal of the seat back panel).
