Hope someone can help me with this!? (US gtv6)

When I use my high beam one side turns of and only one side works...
I tried WD-40 on all connectors, all lamps work (switched out positions).
ps. indicators are on normally but flash bright to normal when used.

Turn position 1: only indicator lights are on
Turn position 2: Outer lamps are on + indicators
High beam Position 3: Right side turns on both middle and outer light on the right side but turns off left side completely.

I'm a bit at a loss here?! Anyone?

Tom is right on target-- and I bet you have those aluminum link fuses in the car. First, buy some 8 amp and 16 amp copper or brass link fuses, throw the aluminum fuses in the trash. They're probably oxidized anyway.
Make a photo or note of which circuits use 8 amp and 16 amp fuses, if you don't have an owners manual for the car. Remove the fuses, and use a pencil eraser to clean the spring tabs that hold them in place. The rubber eraser will clean off any corrosion. Before re-installing the fuses, using two fingers, gently squeeze the upper and lower tabs so they grip the fuse a little tighter.
Then get back to us with the results.

Hmm... That's unfortunate, doesn't seem to be the fuses. Measured contact trough all of them (ignition off). Cleaned the fuse tabs and replaced the ones regarding High Beam (13 & 14).

Any other ideas???

Under the hood, look for grounds of multiple black wires at the very front of the fenders. Clean them off to bare metal, including the bolt and washer, and reinstall.

Replace all four, 11 through 14. That's low beam and high beam, per side.

Unfortunately, no luck replacing all fuses (11-14). The lamps themselves do work if I interchange them. After replacing the fuses the high beam position no only does the left high beam lamp instead of the earlier two lights on as on the photo above... Its getting weirder it seems.

Could it be the steering switch assembly as well?

If somebody has put headlight relays on the car it will probably be located on the front fenders, and will have a red wire running back to the power junction block on the firewall. It will not look original.
I'm beginning to think that the car has headlight relays based on your description.

Well before we cross that bridge, I suggest you look for two or more non-original relays under the hood first. Like I described previously.
If you can make a video under the hood from one side to the other we might be able to spot something!
Did you find the ground wires I asked about, and did you clean off the grounds?

It seems to me you have a power supply problem on the far side circuit (passenger side) for the high beam which should operate both lamps. Unless someone has modified your circuit to have one relay for each circuit per side, you also shouldn't have a relay problem (most relay additions put a relay for low beam circuit and relay for high beam circuit). Therefore I would suggest doing a trace from fusebox all the way to lamps for that pass side power supply.

If the low beam is working, ground is present.

I doubt problem with the switch itself is because it is operating each circuit properly (park lamps, low beam, high beam). It is a single trigger for each circuit from switch. Fusebox splits the outputs into L/R, and in the high beam circuit, the output to lamps from fusebox splits into multiple wires in the loom run to operate the 4 lamp filaments on high beam from the 2 fuses (one left, one right). If I'm not mistaken, one fuse should operate each side per circuit (i.e. one fuse for left low beam, one fuse for right low beam, one fuse for left high beam, one fuse for right high beam). Therefore I suspect a problem with the fuse or feed connection for the passenger side high beam.

Good luck. You might need to unwrap some wiring loom to trace properly.

Thanks Rob for dropping in here on this issue.
You are correct in your description of the fuses, one fuse per side per circuit.
In addition to what you suggested, I would also suggest that he pull the grill and the headlights and look at that headlight socket and bulb on the passenger side high beam. There may be a problem inside that socket or with the bulb itself.
