Posted this also on the gtv6 section. Pretty much looking to see if anyone has a set of header flanges? Cad drawing can work also as i could have them built. Here are numerous flanges that i found but seem that none are for the 12v.

What is the ID of those flange-ports...?

Are the primaries on your design intended to go inside the flange and get welded on the other side or T-mount welded to the outside only?

They were made for a a 1-5/8" which is 1.625. It would be about 41.27mm. The primary will go inside and be welded on the outside and inside. This is about the biggest size I'm thinking of going with the primary. The original size were 38mm.
I will make a few more changes on the second set that will be made. These flanges are 3/8" thick mild steel. The next set are going to be stainless.

Hey Chelo, have you settled on a primary pipe length?
I'm also looking at making a set of headers for a 3ltr 12 valve , and looking at the info I've found in the net sujest a primary pipe length in the region of 34 inch's (give or take a couple).
This looks to give the the broadest spread of torque :D. I believe this is important for a road car. What are your thoughts?
