I need to change the head gasket on my 89 graduate ,i also want to change the timing chain,i've seen a few timing chain on e bay,but am very confused ,because i've seen 2 metal chain and a rubber one,wich is the one i need??

You need a metal chain. I would only buy a chain and gasket kit from an Alfa speciaist.
Do you know that chains can be ajusted? and the tensioner is renewable?
