weld a small 1/5" or even smaller rod on the rear panel with a crevis for a metal clip, fabricate an L shaped plate with three wholes on it. The bottom one for the trunk release cable coming from the cab, the middle one to mount it to the small rod you have welded and teh top one for a short cable to attach to the locking mechanism.

hi,
sorry but i wasnt able to figure out how a rod would be able to twist the key hole to be able to open the trunk together with the doors,

another one is that my gtv6 has absolutely no cables going for the trunk.
and as i could realise, the key hole with one side open and one closed.
one side puts a pin outside that opens the boot, when it is locked, the pin wont come out as it is on the other side. and they are located on the boot trunk itself ( http://www.alfabb.com/bb/forums/att...couple-alfetta-gtv6-parts-wanted-dsc06701.jpg is inside trunk lid).

to make it open with a remote, it would have to be adapted something to pull down a pin from inside the lock itself, but the lock is located on the boot lid itself, so to pull it down, it would have a wide going from the trunk to the lock and manufacture parts to adapt inside the lock to be able to connect it.
as soon as i get my car back from the rust treatment i`ll take some pictures again and post it here.
