Hello everyone,

Later this year would like to recover my front seats, Well a stuped Monday question, on a 30 year old car, is the original material or somthing close avaliable world wide, I guess Italy would be your first port of call.

They were originaly black but have faided to an light brown with there thin pin strips.
I do like leather but was never an option In Australia only in America and some European countries.
( Back seats are fine as they do not get exposed to the direct sunlight as much.)

Cheers Jason

Ditto on World Upholstery. Very happy with my later model (85) version seats.

If your seats are in decent shape and just discolored from the sun, you can also dye them (essentially leather "paint") yourself with one of the various products available out there (SEM used to make a good one) or have an upholstery shop do it.

GTV6 Fabric seat redo issues

Im in the same boat, fabric is in one piece but faded, vinyl all arund is cracked
not the end of the work, but need to redye the fabric I guess
no one sells the fabric
world only sells the vinyl or leather, but expensive
leather seats .com has patterns and are more reasonable
again, no fabric.
Im vacillating on the leather option myself
waiting on a quote to rebuild the orig seats first
cheers
