hey guys,

I'm rebuilding my driver's side rear caliper and the kit comes with the dust boots, the piston seals and two small o-rings. I've identified the smaller of the o-rings as going on the adjustment screw for the outboard side, but I'm at a loss for what the other one is for.

I called International Auto and they really didn't know, but thought that maybe it is for a different car as the rebuild kits span a few models.

Any ideas? I looked at the photos that Inner Circle posted, but I still can't figure out what it is, or if I need to use it. Any ideas?

Here is a photo of it alongside the dust boot:

Thanks in advance!

not sure what GTV6 calipers look like, but on the 105's, although apparently not advisable, they can be split in half....there's an (NLA) o-ring between the two halves...could it be the same for the GTV6?

Thats not the o-ring that goes between the 2 halves. Its been like 2 years since i have taken one apart, but I am pretty sure unless there was just an extra for some reason its part of one of the adjusters.
