I'm looking at this part on Ebay. The selller does not know if the part came from a GTV6 or an Alfetta. Can someone confirm this is a GTV6 pedal setup ?

I can't confirm that 100%. But in my exploring the differences between those two pedal boxes recently, for a 24v transplant project... I was sent a pic showing both, side-by-side. Each was labeled with a tag. The most visual difference seemed to be that the Alfetta unit had a V-shaped dip along the top edge of the casting. Whereas the GTV6 housing was straight with no dip there. Was also told that the distance between the two MC holes was a bit further apart on the Alfetta casting.

From the lack of the dip on the top edge, your foto appears to be for a GTV6. Maybe someone else can add extra insights for more confirmation on that question.

I just had mine out, I thought I had some pictures but I can't find them bt it looks like a GTV6.
