I've picked up an 81 GTV6 that I am currently stripping for parts. Silver with blue interior, it's been sitting since the early 90s with a partially disassembled engine. Body show surface rust but body is solid. I have no keys or title. Please let me know what you need. I'm not looking for top dollar on any of the parts, but would love to cover (a little) of my time for removal and boxing for shipping.

Here are some detailed pictures of the steering wheel. I think it's a good candidate for an easy restoration project.

The seats are Flofit seats that look like they might be worth recovering. They are a little wider then the stock one.

Make me an offer - I'd hate to see them go to the landfill.

Don't let that car go to the crusher. Too many good parts on it that are in high demand. Sadly, GTV6s are worth more dead than alive.

I 100% agree - I feel guilty even parting it out. But I can't "save" it and I can't keep it on blocks in my front yard for too long without my neighbors (and/or the wife) causing me some serious grief.

If anybody wants to "save" this car please come and get it before too much else gets removed.

Something else to consider, it is solid enough to make a great race car and then the no title wouldn't be an issue.

Some states will overlook a missing title if the car is older than 25 years. Just the windshield, grille, column switch pack, bumpers, rims, and tail light lenses are probably worth as much as the car as a whole.

I think this is an ansa rear muffler. Some surface rust but still very solid, should clean up nicely.

John: If you wish to strip off a few more items before the car goes on to it's future home, I have some requests.

Probably all long shots, and no surprise it's all plastic stuff:

Interior door handle trim frames. Black/rectangular w/4 small tabs. Even 1 would help
Rearview mirror black plastic outer frame. Or the whole mirror if the frame is OK
B Pillar interior lights.
White plastic (open) hood support bar bracket. Riveted to hood.
Lower battery pan, usually has 2 straps, I believe. I got the top part from you 2 yrs ago.

Also the Tach and the speedometer, if you believe they're probably functional.
Will take any/all. Gladly pay for your labor & shipping. Could make the drive if most parts are available.

the only things I still have from your list would be the tach and speedo. I can't guarantee they work but I can sell them to you at a price where that shouldn't matter. How about $10/each plus shipping?
