Good Morning,

I am trying to get this trim piece in place - The opposite side is all set but this side ib baffling. The top and bottom trim pieces seem to be in the correct positions but I cannot get this connecting piece in place. Does anyone have any tips or tricks that might help?

Thanks!
John

John,
it looks to me as though that trim piece is meant for the other side of the car. Doesn't the wider end belong on the bottom?

Just a thought...

The wider part is the top.Make sure the trim along the sid/bottom window is down as far as it can go. From what I can see from your pictures, the corner trim piece has to come up higher on the upper trim piece. Also, I finally got mine to fit,but had to fit the top first then the bottom. I had similar difficulty. Hope this helps

Thanks, guys, yes the wider part is the top. I did get the driver's side to fit. I don't think I can get the upper trim piece any higher - I think the guy that did the headliner may have used heavier padding? I was hoping there was a secret sauce for installation!
Thanks,
John
