I have the identical arm rest as pictured and the same colour.
It is from a RHD car,,and usually the one that breaks.
It is in excellent used condition.

The lower section, the most often damaged piece is available as a reproduction.

OP shows brown but says black or brown. I probably have some brown tops with broken bottoms. Need to look.

Find the lower here: IN054/1 GT/GTV ARM REST LOWER SECTION - RIGHT .
You'll also need the chrome trim: IN189 PLASTIC CHROME CONSOLE/ARMREST EDGING

From there, you'll need to cut out a piece of masonite or other hard board (use the LH one as a template) cover in foam and cover that in vinyl. It's actually pretty easy. Probably the harder part is sourcing the three screws. They need to be long enough but not too long that they can be felt coming thru the foam.

Ken, I see you have a few of these. Would you have a good pad for one in attached pic?
Started to recover and found it was broken in half. Color not important.
