Clearing out some old files recently I came across these pictures from over 20 years ago. When I restored one of these for a customer I was lucky enough to buy this from someone in Oregon. Looking at the pictures it looks like he owned two GTCs! Notice the Touring badge on the back. Somewhere I have pictures of the completed project, we painted our car grey and the hardtop black. I know where our car still is but does anyone have knowledge of the two in the picture? Might one of them be the car Denny Pillar owned?

Hello,
In my opinion, the red one isn't a GTC but some other kind of Italian convertible (Lanci, Fiat, ...), but definitly not another GTC !

Hi Fred,
It's possible the red one was Denny's. Geoff Moffat and his Dad had two GTC's, one was blue and he did the restoration work on Denny's. . It was pretty rusty . Geoff still has one GTC, although he may have sold the hardtop,, and I know he's thinking od selling the GTC. I thinlk the one he has is silver. He now lives in eastern OR and comes to PDX occasionally. I can get you his # if you need it.

that touring hardtop on the blue GTC must be a rare beast indeed!

(red one looks more like an american convertible of sorts)
