True, that is exactly what a GTAm consists of, and sure you could find and apply a set of the GTAm option parts to any of the base car and "make one" tomorrow.......you could also go and collect all the various mechanical parts and then fold and rivet aluminium sheets & weld tubes to "make" a Ferrari F1 car as well, but in reality, how "real" would it be???
