What does everyone use?

What are you using for stuff like door hinges and other squeaky parts?

What about chassis lube, common forgotten spots?

What kind of transmission oil?

My questions are for 76 Alfetta Gt, I wrote to apply to most Alfa's.

Thanks,

Mark

For door hinges and other spots with tight clearance, I use motorcycle chain lube.
Comes in a spray can with the long tube. It goes in very thin to penetrate, then sets up to about 90 wt.
Just use it spareingly !

Boeshield T9 is a great product for squeaky bits. It, too, sprays water-thin and then sets up. It turns waxy (several hours for complete drying), so it doesn't collect dirt or make fingers dirty. Read about it at boeshield.com and buy it at a bike shop.
