I know of the car on the Register, but don't know the owner personally. I saw this car a couple times at Santo's in Northridge.

IMO, that is unanswerable without having seen the car in person and a PPI.

From what I recollect of the car, yes. But it's been some time since I saw it, and it may have had plenty of upgrades in that time. Still, the listing mentioned fender bubbling, etc., which means getting into body exploration.
The market keeps moving upward I guess, and our thinking is falling behind.
