Does anyone know what the little rounded pins that stop you from selecting two gears are called and where to find them. One of mine fell out to never be found again during my rebuild and I feel like this may be something that is a common part I could pick up at a local hardware store if I knew what to look for.

The circled pin is what I'm talking about.
