Gasket requests

I remember there was an outfit that made good quality gaskets to order.
Anyone have their link?

Also, I am looking for the paper gaskets (the ones that go between the cases) for a Monti ZF transmission. I can make one, if someone gave me the thickness.

The web site is, Gaskets-to-Go Custom Gaskets-Home Page

They made a custom set of head gaskets for the Montreal. Not sure who arranged the deal with them but I was one of the group that bought a set. At the time (2009) they were $89.00. They may still have the drawing/pattern for more sets?

Alberto, I remember reading that several of the thin ZF paper gaskets had been replaced with the kind that you squeeze from a tube. Apparently they are still in business and you may send them an email asking for the parts you need. One thing I found out was that ZF did not have or supply Alfa with the 'sending unit' for the speedometer (Jaeger must have). ZF still supplies hard parts for every transmission they ever manufactured; amazingly!

Thank you guys!
I have gotten in touch with both Gaskets to go, and ZF.
Will report on outcome.

I've heard from Larry, a builder of Montreal engines, that these are good quality gaskets (not cheap). OKP Parts and Engineering GmbH

Does anyone have any experience with the Athena gaskets that Classic Alfa carries?
MN043 PAIR MONTREAL CYLINDER HEAD GASKETS - Classic Alfa

Apparently there may be issues with head gaskets that are sold on ebay, related to Fiat.

The Athena brand also provides a kit for the 102, and perhaps under a few other names as well. I have found their 102 gaskets to often be incorrect and/or shrunken such that they don't fit well. However, I'm currently building up a Montreal with an Athena kit, and so far the gaskets have fit fine. However, I bought two pair of Elring head gaskets for the engines I'm rebuilding, as I trust those over the Athena stuff I've seen for the 102.
I want to buy Elring but not found anyone. Use since 6 years Athena with sealant. It.

Still looking for Elring ones for my spare engine.

Kai, do I understand that you have used the Athena head gaskets for 6 years? The head gaskets sold by OKP are made by Elring...

Wise decision Don; the head gasket is the most important gasket on the engine and surely one you do not want to change too often.

Yes Mark,
because of the issues many people tell about the Atena gaskets, I used it with sealant on both side of the Athena gaskets. Right now it works. No Problems in the past. I use my car also on german Autobahn long distance drive. 160 to 180 km/h for hours.

Kai
Has anyone had any experience or issues with the head gasket sets sold by Mr. Fiat on eBay?

Kai, I drive for hours on the Georgia mountain back roads, sometimes at speeds as low as 20 mph!
