I'm replacing a fuel pump on a 79 spider with Dellorto's. The pump was leaking from the pressure relief cap assbly...mickey mouse or what! I'm a bit confused about the fuel routing. Seems to go from tank to filter to pump..so far so good; then on to a T which sends some fuel to the PRV gizmo and some back to the pump to be sent back to the tank? Do I need the filter up under the carbs?looks like an oil filter. What if I block of the return port on the pump that sends fuel back to the tank....was this confusing? I've got a Facet pump on order for IAP. What do I do with the front filter and PRV?
