I have an italian Autovox Transmobil 3 under dash pull out radio with cradle and keys from the 1960's. 6v/12v pos/neg ground selectable. This is sold as non working decoration only. It has worked in the past when I tested it but the on/off switch was sketchy. Also includes a Transmobil 2 pull out unit with no cradle. Maybe make a good one from both. $40 plus shipping.
