You're talking about the angle of the drop link relative to the bar? Only way to fix that is to remove the drop link.
Looks like you've got a washer behind the drop link so it's not that hard. Get your vise and adjust the jaws so they support that washer, with the drop link positioned above the jaws. So you want that washer under the bushing sitting on the top of the jaws, but with the jaws not tightly clamped onto the sway bar. Then take a Big Hammer and whale on the very end of the bar a bit and it'll start to come out of the bushing. Once it's flush with the bushing, use a big punch and continue to whale on it and it'll eventually pop out. Then you can reinstall the bushing at the correct angle.
I didn't get the angle right myself and had to do this once (well, er, a couple times...) to get it right.
