The new bushings I am mounting are not symmetrical, on left side of the picture there something like plastic shield

What is the right mounting verse? Inside

Or outside?

"Inside" in your pictures. The new bushings should have come with foam washers. They go over the green bit and between the bushing and the flange on the dog bone. They're not super-critical (they disintegrate eventually anyhow) if you don't have them - but I think I see one just sticking into the top of the frame of your "inside" picture. They just aide in keeping grit out of the bushing.

edit: posts 17, 18 and 19 of the "Front Suspension Change for Dummies" thread show what I'm talking about.

I am ready to mount the front springs, but a new doubt...
The two bolts of the lower arms bushings needs to be tightened when the car is on the floor (as the upper arm bushing) or they can be tightened on the jacks? What torque is recommended?
