Truly heartbroken to be putting my beloved well sorted 87 Milano Platinum on market. Thought best to post here before proceeding with usual BAT/Just put on c.list.
Highlights:
Runs strong with solid power, Shifts beautifully, handles beautifully. This is not your typical abused/neglected/sun cooked beater Milano.
From what I can tell California car all its life prior to my ownership and always cherished/taken care of.
110k mi on odo/@ 75k, rebuilt 164 motor was installed w 164s cams. Have records.
CSC stainless headers and rear section/no cats/will not pass ca smog.
Bilstein sport shocks fr/rr w what I believe to be Centerline sport springs
Re-upholstered front verde seats with alcantara/cloth/custom matching alcantara door panels
Centerline sport leather steering wheel
Ronal r-1 reps with new sticky dunlop tires
No major leaks.
AC works(!!)
No rust
Timing belt/tensioner/h20 pump should be done soonish for peace of mind. Last done end of 2018 / 104k miles.
Car properly maintained by Robert at Shadetree Engenetrics here in Tx. Last time he serviced he said its the nicest/best running/most powerful Milano he has ever driven.
Car presents/runs very nicely in and out. A few touch ups on grey part of trim needed but otherwise a joy to own/drive/enjoy!
