Anyone have any experience with this merchant (www.justqv.com)? I ordered a couple of items and they never arrived and it's way past the estimated delivery date. I'm probably going to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Someone was warning about them on the FB group and others chimed in that it was all garbage. No experience here though.
