The team that runs the Reno event is still new. If you have any images I can post them to the site. The images there are the only images I have for the event.I was there at the Reno Euro Sunday and parked between the porsche and the sunbeam, but no photo to post?? I had the only BLUE Alfa GTV6, yet you show only non Alfa cars on an AlfaBB?
You should have at least gotten the Alpine Sunbeam (Amelia Concours participant!!) and the BMW2002tii!!! The best looking cars there!!
I left about 1030am to help a buddy with his Alfa collection (2) 2600's, (4) spiders, (3) GTV6's, (2) Milanos, (1) GTV, (1) 164Q, and (1) Duetto. Maybe we should have the Reno Euro Sunday out at SierraAuto Sports where they have over 50 exotoc Euro cars of all vintages in for repairs.
The Porsche owner is Art and there is a VW owner who;s name is Kenda. They are the Reno leads at the moment for the event. So you're really not located in Reno, and someone else sends you photos to post? I ran into a guy with a porsche who might be the 'local" Euro guy since he was very knowledgable about the event in Reno and also Sacto.
If you have the local EuroSunday guy's numbers, maybe I can get it held at SierraAuto on Rock where its Euro Sunday everyday, instead of the parking lot at Starbucks.
Sierro Auto has a paring lot about 20x's the size of Starbucks plus the largers garage area in Reno. Outside of the Porsche, Bimmer, Mercedes guys, Sierra Auto probably does the rest of the Euro car repairs in Reno especially all the Jas, Rovers, Healy's, Alfa's, Citerons, Bentley's, Lotus', Ferrari's, Maseratti's etc. The other shops don't touch them. It would be good for the other Euro's in the Reno area to get to know them.
Form the orginizers, October is the last month most people bring their cars out. We are just running the event based off what we are told.Weather window?? in Reno? I drive the Alfa on the track in Reno every month. Maybe its just the Porsche guys who put the expensive toys away, or they just go skiing.
