Yes, measures are exactly the same.
Polycarb glasses are available too, certified with ISO9001/ISO9002 certification. Sure.

External width front 155 cm, rear 160 cm, wheelbase 220 cm, total length of the car external / external 396 cm

So I see a Spider is 88.5" / 224.8 cm. Is the Spider chassis cut and shortened to make this work?

Wheelbase is close (4.8cm might be passable) but that is the minor issue. Making this work on an existing platform I think would be very challenging as these cars are incredibly low (42" to roof with 4.25" ground clearance). Without relocating the front suspension pickups and using drop spindles and every other trick I can think of it might look like a rally car. The engine also has to fit under the bonnet. In the original it is canted 15 degrees with the high point under the hood bubble and it has a dry sump so you don't have the winged pan. You could fit an Alfetta pan but it still might be too tall. The measures taken to make a low center of gravity on the TZ2 is extreme. The 13" MAG wheels are available from Marvic for a large sum. You can run 15" wheels but then the car is 1" taller again unless you modify the suspension heavily. Anything can be done but you want it to look right.
