I've done a bit of a search...and after reading about 50...so far...long and otherwise informative threads I couldn't find an answer...perhaps my search string needs work...but anyway...

I was chasing info on the mass of a Nord 2-litre engine....wet or dry, with or without ancillaries. I just need a ballparkish figure. Thanks in advance for any help.

Lists a 1600 as 261lbs (118kg), with cams, generator, distributor, oil, etc but no manifolds or carbs.

I imagine a 2l would be a couple of kg more.

Here's what I've found:

261 lbs 1600cc 4-cyl
375 lbs sohc 6-cyl sohc (unknown displacement)
286 lbs typo 33 V-8
