Maybe this is going a little too far, but, I want to touch up the scratches and missing paint on my Spider's blue California license plate. Has anyone had this color mixed and know what the specs are for a reasonable match?

Thanks

I have mixed Testors model paints (small bottles) in the past by trial and error to match all sorts of things. A few dabs of this and a dab of that, etc. Let it dry and hold it up to the target and adjust as needed. Not brilliant but it's a workarond if no one has done this. (For example, early Alfa red (69 anyway) is about 5 parts red to 1 part yellow.)

Thanks for the info

Yep, I've done that, too. I was just hoping that someone had already figured out a reliable formula to get the color. Seems like someone would have done this before.

Anyway, I'll give it a try and post the results if I have success.

Thanks
