Electrical Smell and Smoke While Running Heater?!
Hi all.
New to the group and need help with my 2005 1.9JTD Alfa GT if you could please.
Today as I started out driving I pressed the windscreen button on my heating / AC panel to clear the screen. The tempature was reading 15°c on the dash and the heating / AC was set to 19°c. After about 5 mins of driving a strong burning electrical smell started to come through the vents closely followed by white smoke coming from the engine bay 😣
Car still drives fine so I'm assuming it's definitely a problem with the heating / ac?
I will probably get some time to investigate it tomorrow but does anyone happen to have any ideas what may of caused this before I start poking around?
