This is the great thorough renovation of the heating system. It looks really good. Did you flush the heater unit or did you use some chemicals?
The heater in my '70 is very dusty where I can not get to it, but it heats well and the fan is OK.

Wow, that's a fantastic job! In the picture below, the bottom is missing.

Then, in this picture, it's all fixed.

Did you use one of those fan motors from a FIAT that you had sourced? Or, did you keep the original on in there?

Is that the kitchen floor? Mrs. Wille is ok with you bringing Alfa parts into the kitchen? She must be very understanding.

does the dash have to come out ?

Hi Willie , i have a 75 junior with the same dash as yours , i need to refresh the heater unit as you have done , do you know if the dash has to come out to remove the unit ? on one of our cars ? i have no AC , no , center consul etc .

You can remove the unit without tampering with the dash.
